AC HR Consulting LLC partners with clients to relieve the burden and internal time constraints of HR concerns while supporting their missions and business goals across the HR life-cycle. Whether that is acting as a one person HR department on behalf of the client, or partnering with their existing HR team so they can focus on key objectives.

How did we get started? As for many of us, it was a difficult time for our communities during the pandemic. We really saw a need for HR outsourcing and the affordability it offered employers that needed someone to assist with HR functions and compliance, so their staff could focus on more important things like their mission and goals. It was also the most challenging time for companies to mitigate risk as laws and policies were constantly changing. The silver lining was a much needed partnership between company leadership and Human Resources. In my opinion, HR professionals had a seat at the table like never before and needed to find unique and creative ways to support their leadership teams. Everything was changing so quickly and employees needed guidance through the stormy waters. It was through this storm that our firm was developed. We found many of the obstacles faced were actually opportunities. Opportunity to learn from our experiences, listen to each other, reflect and gain insight, appreciate teamwork like never before, to lean on one another, to support one another, to redefine our missions and values, and to work together as one unit to achieve those goals. Our focus is to help our clients identify ways to turn obstacles into opportunities so their business can thrive and they can continue to focus on their mission.
